Our Staff Accountant will be responsible for a range of accounting duties; including preparing financial documents, processing billing and payables, and maintaining accounts receivable.
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining accounts receivable
Processing job billing
Preparing subcontractor payables
Maintaining general ledger and reconciliation of balances
Responsible for job set up utilizing Viewpoint Software
Leading training sessions
Participating in presentations at department meetings

Qualification: Master Degree
The Business Manager works directly with the Camp Manager and is responsible for the management of camp business operations, including but not limited to: camp registration information, attendance and financial reporting, distribution of information to campers and families, and interfacing with various GSOFCT Departments including program services, registration, shop, human resources, IT, and camp property team. She/he must be familiar with State, ACA, Girl Scout Safety Activity Check Point Standards, and GSOFCT policies.
