United Metal Coating LLC has been founded in the year 2008 in Dubai, a cosmopolitan city in U.A.E and begun commercial operations in the year 2009. UMC is a part of AJ Group of companies with diversified interests in building and industrial sector in U.A.E for more than two decades.
UMC has set up its First coil coating line (CCL-1) with an annual production capacity of 25,000 MT Pre-Painted Aluminum coils /7 0,000 Tons of Pre-Painted Steel Coils for the end applications such as Roofing & Claddings, Facade Awnings, Interior Ceilings, Rolling Shutter, ACP Panels and Cold Storage Rooms and so on.
Today, UMC is the leader in the coil coating industries in the Middle East region and UMC Quality has become a Benchmark and Reference name for the coil coated Products among roll formers and the contractors.
UMC is currently exporting their products, Pre Painted Aluminium and Steel Coils to more than 16 Countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America.
To meet the growing demands for the Quality Pre Painted coils in the Domestic market as well for the Export markets; UMC has expanded its capacity by setting up the Second Coil Coating Line (CCL-2) in November, 2015 to reach a total annual production of 50,000 MT Pre-Painted Aluminium Coils/ 140,000 Tons of Pre-Painted Steel Coils.
UMC has invested more than USD 100 Million to run these facilities. UMC an ISO 9001 certified Company and also a member of European Coil Coating Association ensures the Quality standards at par with any other International suppliers. UMC always believes in reliability and advanced technology of the production equipment which ensures consistent and Quality output of the finished Products.
UMC has firm commitment towards maintaining ecofriendly environment. This is the key reason for installing the most sophisticated Thermal Oxidizer (TNV) from Germany to burn the solvents completely generated from the Production and thus leaving no room for atmospheric pollution. UMC proudly announces this is the first of its kind in U.A.E.
